Back Squat: 1X20 @ 60% of your 1 rep max + 15 lb, unbroken
NOTE: If you were unable to do the recent 20-rep back squats unbroken DO NOT add the extra weight.  Use the same weight you used last time.
8 minute AMRAP:
5 ring dips
10 hang power snatch 95/65#

3 rounds of farmer walks: 1 minute, 45 seconds, 30 seconds
