Workout of the Day
Front Squat: 1X20 @ 60% (actual) 1-rep max

8 rounds for time of:
25 double unders
10 Russian kettlebell swings 32/24 kg

Optional:
2 sets of 56ft (the length of 7 mats, there and back) double kettlebell overhead lunge walk  (click on the highlighted words and watch Noah Olsen do this exercise within a workout)
Men use 16 kg kettlebells/women use 12 kg kettlebells
