THE 2017 TRANSFORMATION CHALLENGE
We hope everyone has a hugely successful 2017!
Nutrition has a tremendous impact not only on weight management, but on optimal health and performance. Speaking with others about nutrition is often like speaking about the other topics many folks refuse to speak about in public: politics and religion. We are emotionally attached to food and consider the way we eat not open for negotiation. Some won’t leave their zone of comfort even if it means performing better and having better health.
There is, at least, one lesson that you will leave CrossFit Suffolk with: Being comfortable, all of the time, was never part of the deal. Becoming a better version of yourself and/or discovering who you are is more likely to occur.
To this end, to start 2017, we bring you the Transformation Challenge. 60 days of optimizing what you eat and how much you eat. Start date: January 16th 2017. This will give you time to mentally, spiritually, emotionally and physically prepare for the quest for a better you. The Transformation Challenge seminar will be held at CrossFit Suffolk this Saturday at 2pm, immediately following the Striking session. We will be explaining procedure, protocol and rules. We will be answering all of your questions related to eating better and the Challenge. Please let us know if you’ll be attending.
