1X5 @ 60% 1RM
NOTE: Use 90% of your 1 rep max as your working 1-rep max when figuring your percentages.  This is a deload week.  The weight is considerably lighter on purpose.  Stay the course.  Next week we’ll be testing 1 rep maxes!
