LIFT THE HEAVY STUFF

Workout of the Day
Deadlift
1X5 @ 60% 1RM
1X5 @ 70% 1RM
1X AMRAP @ 80% 1RM

NOTE: Use 90% of your 1 rep max to figure percentages.
For time:
5 rounds of:
10/5 push-ups
15 air squats
then (immediately):
30 hang power snatch 95/65#

Optional:
20 reps on each side: kneeling med ball throw (your choice in breaking up sets)
