WHAT WE KNOW ABOUT LIVING LONGER

Workout of the Day
30 minutes of:
400 meter run
5 sit-ups
2 groiners with T-spine rotation (1 on each side)
200 meter run
5 Russian kettlebell swings 24/16kg

Post your scores to the Whiteboard.

The CrossFit Striking session will be done as an alternative option throughout the day for those who want to participate and have gloves.

    I have been following this way of eating for 3 months now. I definitely have a much higher energy level and an increased feeling of well being! I highly recommend it.

    Hi Bevin, no, there is no measuring, weighing or counting! It’s just eating whole, healthy foods until you are full. Once you stop all the bad carbs and all the sugar you’re just not hungry in between meals. Once your body starts getting sufficient nutrition from REAL food like meat, veggies and fruit, it will stop craving anything. Eating calorie dense foods is what keeps you feeling hungry all the time.
