On Thursday you’ll have the opportunity to choose between participating in the 30 minute workout or the all new CrossFit Striking session! Be advised, if you plan on participating in the CrossFit Striking session you need the proper hand protection, mixed martial arts gloves. The MMA gloves feature an open palm and open fingers which will facilitate, not only protecting the hands, but holding the pull-up bar, dumbbells and kettlebells.
