NOTE: NOTE: Today’s workout is a 2 person team workout. The reps of the exercises will be performed by both team members. Only one person can work at a time. Teams can divide the reps however they wish. The exercises must be performed in the order listed and the reps of each exercise must be completed before moving on to the next exercise. For those who have no experience with a “team” workout let not your heart be troubled. Team workouts are FUN! Like ALL workouts, team workouts can be scaled. We have something for everyone.
