Workout of the Day
30 minutes of:
1200 meter run
5 sit-ups
4 lateral medicine throws 20/14# (2 each side)
2 thoracic bridge or groiners with T-spine rotation (1 on each side, alternate exercises)
800 meter run
5 sit-ups
4 lateral medicine throws 20/14# (2 each side)
2 thoracic bridge or groiners with T-spine rotation (1 on each side, alternate exercises)
400 meter run
5 sit-ups
4 lateral medicine throws 20/14# (2 each side)
2 thoracic bridge or groiners with T-spine rotation (1 on each side, alternate exercises)
200 meter run
5 sit-ups
4 lateral medicine throws 20/14# (2 each side)
2 thoracic bridge or groiners with T-spine rotation (1 on each side, alternate exercises)
