This course was outstanding, a ton of fun (what could possibly be better than combining CrossFit workouts with punching focus mitts and heavy bags?!?!) and a great workout! We’ll be scheduling CrossFit Striking sessions in the near future. In fact, if any of you have a heavy bag at home that’s just collecting dust please let us know.
THE CROSSFIT LIFTOFF POWERED BY ROGUE Snatch. Clean and jerk. Work out. Two max-effort lifts and a test of GPP will make up CrossFit’s second-annual online weightlifting competition which will be held November 3-7. The 2016 CrossFit Liftoff, powered by Rogue, will begin at 8 p.m. EST, Thursday, Nov. 3, 2016, with the release of the CrossFit workout. All athletes will have until 8 p.m. EST Monday, Nov. 7, to submit their scores on the three events. Athletes can aim for cash prizes and Rogue equipment by lifting the most weight or building the largest total.
