CLA Fights Asthma  This is more of an advertisement than an article and we are not endorsing any one product imparticular.  We do have athletes that have asthma, however, so perhaps it's worth looking into the claims about CLA.

Inspiration From David Goggins  David Goggins, if you are unfamiliar, is a machine.  Goggins was once overweight and decided to join the Navy with the goal of becoming a SEAL.  He trained, lost lots of weight and became a SEAL.  This apparently wasn't enough for Goggins, who regularly runs races well over marathon distance to raise money for charity.
