You Snooze, You Win: Wake Up To The Significance Of Sleep   Speaking of Rooney….here's an article penned by him courtesy of Elite Fitness Systems.  Some have a hard time wrapping their mind around the fact that lack of quality sleep could be affecting their body weight as well as their performance.  We highly recommend the book Lights Out for a more in depth study.

The Pygmalion Effect   from Craig Weller of Barefoot Fitness.  By the way, I mentioned this site recently and the person I was speaking with claimed, "I'm not into the whole barefoot thing".  Craig Weller's site has little to do with being barefoot and much to do with human performance.  BE ADVISED!
