40 Toes to bar
60 Kettlebell swings, 2 pood
Scaling: Reduce Back Squat weight to a weight you can handle for 20 reps. Reduce Toes to bar according to conditioning and experience with this exercise. If necessary substitute with Knees to elbows or sit-ups. Reduce weight and reps, if necessary, on KB Swings.
