Today's WOD is a variation of the New England Sectional Workout 1.  The actual workout features the Snatch, but in light of yesterday's WOD we opted to go with the Power Snatch.  The weight used in the Sectional is 115 lbs. for men and 75 lbs. for women.  Scale as necessary.
