BULKING IN A BIND

 

 

Workout Instruction:

You have some choices today.  Ideally you want to run 800 meters, do 10 rounds of “Cindy” (see below) and end with another 800 meter run.  Doing this is a “Half-Murph”.  We’ll be doing “Murph” 10 days from now.  Some of you will be doing “Murph” a week from today because you won’t be around on Memorial Day.   If the weather is cause for concern then row 800 meters, 10 rounds of “Cindy” and end with an 800 meter row, OR, do “Cindy”, 20 minutes of as many rounds as possible of 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups and 15 squats.

 

Workout of the Day

Front Squat
1X3@60% 1RM
1X3@70% 1RM
1x#@80% 1RM

“Cindy”
As many rounds as possible in 20 min:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
