The following two videos are from Matt Wenning courtesy of Elite Fitness Systems.  This is one of the best demonstration and explanation video clips we've seen of the squat.  You may know most of the material contained in these videos but Wenning goes over some details that will enhance your understanding of the squat execution.

Just an observation….why are the best powerlifting gyms in the United States found in Ohio?  The winner of the 2010 CrossFit Games happens to be from Ohio too.  What's going on over there?  Is it the Ohio water?  We're interested in your theories…post to comment.
