Front Squat

1×3 at 70% 1RM

Front Squat 1×3 at 80% 1RM

Front Squat 1xME at 90% 1RM

Rest as needed between sets.

Use 90% of your 1-rep max to get your percentages.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 mins of:

3 Rope Climbs, 15 ft (Fear not, we have scaled options!)

20 Box Jumps, 30/24 in (Fear not. you can do the standard 24/20″ box jumps)
