This will be our new warm-up.  Observe how the non-dancing hurdlers were blown away by Michelle Jenneke.  So what do you think?  Did Jenneke's happy feet and attitude give her the edge?  Was Jenneke's warm-up the superior warm-up?  Was Jenneke just that much better and faster than her competition?  I was just kidding about Jenneke's warm-up being our new warm-up….unless you feel like dancing before the WOD.

    Lol very funny George. Just try to imagine a few people doing that lol. I m picturing Sean talking to joe while dancing their warm up lmao :-). Hope everyone at CrossFit is doing well. Sean gets out of the sling on Thursday and will finally be able to start therapy. I am obviously still in therapy and in about a week I can start with weight!! I am taking 2 whole pounds! I laugh every time I have to do a mobility exercise with a wiffle ball bat. I lay flat on the table and the first step is to basically bench press the bat. Who that bat is heavy!!! Lol

    Seriously, I look forward to you and Sean getting through therapy and making your big comeback!
