Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Good Mornings 45 pounds
50 Wall ball shots, 20/14 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double Unders

 

Note:  You may use the GHD for back extensions instead of doing Good Mornings if it's cleared by the coach and if it's logistically feasible.  Scale reps appropriately considering training experience.
