LET’S TALK ABOUT DIET, PART 2, : MACRONUTRIENTS

 

AFTER-THE-HOLIDAYS PARTY IS UPON US!  The social event that critics call, “A must attend” and “Not to be missed” will be held four short days from now!  If you have not confirmed your attendance please do so forthwith.  We bring in food so we need an accurate guest count.  Frequently asked questions by those who have not attended in the past:

TIME: 8 PM Until Midnight…or somewhere there about.

LOCATION: The Gym

ATTIRE:  Clothing is required.  Not gym clothes, not formal wear, something in between.  Neat, but casual.  Jeans and a T-shirt is fine.  A clean T-shirt.  Dress to impress.  The party is in a gym….let’s not complicate the issue.

WHAT TO BRING:  You are not required to bring anything, but a good attitude!  Bringing food or drink is done on a voluntary basis only.  If you need or require something special please feel free to bring it.  If you have a special something you’d like to make or purchase that would be just fine.  No, it doesn’t have to be “Paleo” or even “healthy”…it’s a party.  You can bring an adult beverage.

NO.  WORKING OUT IS NOT PART OF THE PARTY….IN FACT, IT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED
