TODAY’S SESSION IS AT THE REGULARLY SCHEDULED TIME, 10-11 AM.  If you’re not doing MURPH or you did MURPH already you can make-up a workout that you missed.

DEADLIFT MASTERY: PAUSED DEADLIFTS

THE SCIENCE BEHIND CAFFEINE  Coffee is my favorite food group.  If you share a similar feeling for coffee you should read this.

Workout of the Day
“Murph”
For time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run
*Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you’ve got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.
