Workout of the Day
3 rounds for time:
800 meter run
3 rounds of:
5 pull-ups
10 push-ups
15 squats
The clock will be running for pace information only. Do this at a relaxed pace, especially the 800m run. To be clear, during each of the 3 rounds you will run (1) 800 m run then do 15 pull-ups, 30 push-ups and 45 air squats, partitioned as three rounds of 5/10/15. The Grand Total is 2400 meters of running, 45 pull-ups, 90 push-ups and 135 air squats AT A RELAXED PACE.
SCALED: Reduced run distance and reduced rounds of exercises as well as movement modification where necessary. No worries…there’s something for everyone!

Ok ok.. Post a couple of pics of me and BAM-O… You get me to read the article lol.. So if I’m all good in the traps dept.. I think we should go ahead and get started on that “meth head core routine” what do you say?! Who needs teeth when you have abs and traps!
George – great tips in the article. The only thing I didn’t like about it was that all the boys got to play with free weights but the woman was using a machine 🙁
Annmarie- I agree. Look at the woman’s traps compared to the women in our gym. I rest my case.
