The clock will be running for pace information only. Do this at a relaxed pace, especially the 800m run. To be clear, during each of the 3 rounds you will run (1) 800 m run then do 15 pull-ups, 30 push-ups and 45 air squats, partitioned as three rounds of 5/10/15. The Grand Total is 2400 meters of running, 45 pull-ups, 90 push-ups and 135 air squats AT A RELAXED PACE.
SCALED: Reduced run distance and reduced rounds of exercises as well as movement modification where necessary. No worries…there’s something for everyone!
