While we’ve read other accounts of the Paleo Diet reducing or eliminating arthritic pain, this account comes from a nationally-ranked competitive athlete who was previously on the Zone Diet.  Interesting to see and read about the results going from one diet to the other.  As for the “bone broth”–it’s reported that it is better for joint health than some of the other supplements associated with improved joint function.—George
