TWO HOURS A WEEK IS KEY DOSE OF NATURE FOR HEALTH AND WELL-BEING

We are exactly one week away from the Michael P. Murphy Run-Around-The-Lake in Lake Ronkonkoma. This is a fun, 4-mile run for a good cause! You can still register. Consider participating. If you believe a 4-mile run to be too daunting of a task, fear not. This is exactly why you should do the run. You’re already in the shape to do it but it will be a challenge.

You want a challenge every so often. The Run-Around-The-Lake is a good way to engage in a challenge.
