Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 mins of:

5 Pull-ups

10 Push-ups

15 Air Squats

IF THE WEATHER IS COOPERATIVE YOU CAN CHANGE THIS WORKOUT TO A “HALF-MURPH” (that’s 800 meter run, 10 rounds of “Cindy”, 800 meter run)

The gold standard for body fat testing is to be submerged in a hydrostatic testing tank but this method is usually not possible for the general public. Get Tanked brings the testing tanks to your location and testing takes just 15 minutes. You will have the most accurate testing conveniently brought to where you train! Your test results include your lean muscle mass and body fat percentages and your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate (an accurate reading of your metabolism.
