Push Press: 4X3  Load by feel

 

5 rounds for time of:

200 meter run

5 box jumps  24/20″  (sport: 30/24″)

20 Russian kettlebell swings  24/16 kg  (sport: 32/24 kg)

1 minute rest  (The rest period is to facilitate keeping the intensity level up)
