THE MISSING PIECE OF THE FITNESS EQUATION

Workout of the Day
Teams of 2
For time:
Both team members run 200 meters
50 handstand push-ups (scale: hand release push-ups)
Both run 400 meters
50 toes to bar (scale: knee-ups)
Both run 800 meters
50 burpee box jump overs 24/20″
Both run 400 meters
50 ring dips (sport: 25 muscle-ups)
Both run 200 meters

NOTE:  Both team members will do ALL runs together.  Exercises can only be done by ONE member working at a time.   A team may not start an exercise unless both members have returned from the run.  These workouts are FUN.  Do not ruin it by not showing up because you believe you are the weaker link and will hold a team back.  We’re “playing” for the workout, not a trophy or money.  RISE TO THE OCCASION.  YES…I am talking to you!
