1X AMRAP @ 90%
NOTE: Use 90% of your 1-rep max

2-minute AMRAP: Overhead Squat w/70% 1RM
REST 2 minutes
1-minute AMRAP: Ring Dips
REST 2 minutes
6-minute AMRAP of:
15 wall ball 20/14#
15 sit-ups

NOTE: If you don’t know your Overhead squat 1-rep max then load by feel.
