NUTRITION: WHAT’S THE SCOOP WITH CREATINE?
It has begun. Two athletes have done “Murph” already: Kevin-35:40, Rx’d and Andrew-66:37 (band pull-ups). Andrew PR’d his 1 mile run time! Congratulations Kevin and Andrew!
We have a group going on Friday and we have a very large group doing MURPH on Saturday. You should know which day and which session by now. “Murph” is done rain or shine, plan accordingly. After Saturday’s MURPH there will be a BBQ. We also have a “50/50” going like last year. 2 members will split half the prize money and the other half will go to the LT Michael P. Murphy Memorial Scholarship Foundation.
