NOTE: Load by feel.
7 rounds for time of:
200 meter run
1 legless rope climb (Scale: 1 rope climb with legs, modified rope climb or 5 inverted rows)
2 sets of kneeling banded Palloff press (on each side) (the video is the closest I could find, but not exact)

Wow I’m a few days behind. Thank you everyone for the congrats and support from Saturday’s board. It’s been a long and busy road and the end is still outta sight!!
George, Matt and I have forgotten to talk to you the past three days. We want to do Murph Saturday whenever there are the fewest people so we can use the band scaling. Please let us know which time works best for you and that. See you tonite hopefully won’t be so tired we forget to talk to you again thx Tim
