I really appreciated the quote after a visitor, watching a metcon WOD, asked, “Which part of the body do you work on after this workout?”  The visitor was told about CrossFit by a friend of his–one of our athletes, before he observed the session.   He had no desire to give it a try.  He did admit that he didn’t think he could get through it, but he still wanted to know if we’d be doing arms and back or chest after the WOD.

Many people just don’t get it!
