This training session/course is custom designed for the requesting individual or agency.  The Dynamics of Violent Offender Confrontations starts with what one can expect before a confrontation goes “hands on”, what to expect during the confrontation and what to expect after the confrontation.  Topics include:   Pre-Attack Indicators, the Physiological Affects of Combat Stress, Sudden Aggression Recognition and Response, Response to the Common Assaults, Response to Edged Weapon Attacks, Empty Hand to Firearm Access, Gun Disarming, Firearm retention, Fighting and Controlling from the Ground, Multiple Assailant Strategy, Controlling the Offender Who Fights After One Cuff Is On, Upper Body Control and Critical Incident Fitness.
