For time:
Run 1 mile
100 Sit-ups
100 Back extensions
Run 1 mile

Mix and match back extensions and sit-ups as needed.  We will substitute Good Mornings for Back Extensions when necessary.

 

The winner of this dance contest got to keep dancing while the loser had to do Turkish Get-Ups.  Better luck next time Tomaso…hopefully you won't have to face-off against Matt "The Dancing Machine" ever again!DSC00564
