Dr. John Berardi is no stranger to the strength, athletic training and nutrition communities for quite a while.  Berardi is the founder of Precision Nutrition.com and he has presented a lecture at CrossFit Marina in Huntington Beach, California.  Sections of the lecture are featured in the CrossFit Journal titled Knowing Vs.
