The 30 Day Paleo Challenge

Your mission, should you decide to accept, is to eat according to the Paleo Diet for 30 days starting on March 15th, 2011.  That's 30 days of STRICT Paleo–Lean meat, sea food, vegetables, fruit, some nuts and seeds.  That means no grain (bread, pasta, rice, quinoa), no dairy, no legumes.   Click on Robb Wolf's Paleo Solution Quick Start Guide.  Copy the guide and then copy Robb's Paleo Solution Food Matrix.

To further assist you check out the following resources:

Robb Wolf

The Whole 30 from Whole 9.  Make sure you check out the articles as well!  This sight is loaded with good info.

The Paleo Diet  The website from the author of The Paleo Diet, Loren Cordain

Paleo Diet Lifestyle  Good info and recipes!

Paleo Diet  Not Loren Cordain's website, but a mega-directory to all things Paleo.

Everyday Paleo  Recipes and info!

Family Friendly Paleo Recipes  Mike from CrossFit Stony Brook on how to cook Paleo for the entire family!

There you go.  There's enough free, easily accessible information to help make this a life changing experience for you.  Should you have questions please feel free to ask.  Please look into the above websites so that you can be informed and ask informed questions.  If you don't have access to a computer get a significant other with one.  If that isn't working out for you get a library card and use the computer at the public library.  Then again if you don't have a computer chances are you don't know we're doing this challenge and you're probably not reading this.

If you have no interest in the challenge that's fine.  We're not the Diet Police and Social Security money will be scarce in the future so we can't have everyone living a long, healthy life.  Please don't approach us and explain why you can't give up bread, pasta, rice, milk and Boston Creme donuts for 30 days.  If your reason is good enough for you…then it's good enough for you!
