 What Experts Say Works Versus What Dieters Say [Surprising Research]   "What we can conclude is that there is a HUGE difference between what “experts” say will help people lose weight and what real people are saying actually works for them.  This ranked diets list is bunk for what it’s meant for but as a survey of what people have tried and whether or not they think it works for them, it’s very valuable.
