Back by popular demand…..THE 100 DAY BURPEE CHALLENGE!  It started yesterday, but there is time to "buy in".  Yes, act now, and join the swelling ranks of your fellow athletes who can't wait to perform burpees everyday for 100 DAYS!

Why do Burpees for 100 hundred days?

While we have not conducted any peer-reviewed studies funded by the government or any other organization we have observed that the 100 Day Burpee Challenge increases an individual's level of conditioning quite effectively!
