Why do the Paleo Challenge?
On Wednesday, September 5th, we announced the 30 Day Paleo Challenge will begin on September 18th. We also included helpful links and the guidelines for the Challenge. If none of this sounds familiar go back to Wednesday's post and read.
We do the Challenge to introduce members to the eating lifestyle known as the Paleo Diet and to bring those who have strayed far from the path back to better eating.
Why do the 30 Day Paleo Challenge?
Because it works! The crossfitters from our box who have followed the Paleo way have made significant health improvements and have improved their performance during workouts. It has worked well for anyone who stuck to the plan. The difference in workout results for athletes who follow Paleo is HUGE! Some have reversed negative health conditions, all have lost weight and all have reported better workout times or were able to lift heavier weight.
