    I miss Crossfit. Still have a week and a half in this sling ugh! My shoulder is lower than the non surgery one. I wonder what rehab is going to feel like after another without using the shoulder.., I can only imagine. Sean gets his stitches out Wednesday. Today he can take off the bandages which will make it easier to ice. A friend of ours is dropping off a cry cuff today.
