25 Jumping Squats @ 45# DEMO VIDEO
20 KB Push Press @ 24/16kg (2 KBs/2 arms)
15 Pullups

(Note:  The jump for the jumping squat only needs to be "high enough to slide a piece of cardboard underneath" the feet of the jumper (in case you didn't get to watch the demo video by Coach Burgener).  Hips must come to full extension.  This means the jumper must stand tall on every jump.)
