From all we've experienced and researched the bottom line to being successful with the Whole 30 Challenge is to PREPARE. 

Prepare your "menu" in advance.

Prepare your shopping list.

Prpeare to always have the proper food on hand.

Prepare to eat the right food in the right amount.  You train hard–be careful of UNDER-eating!

If need be, prepare to carry your meals with you so that you are not "forced" to eat unauthorized food.
