SPARTAN PERFORMANCE                                       CROSSFIT SUFFOLK

Take 15 minutes to establish 1 rep max: Press

–then–

4 rounds for time of:

5 strict pull-ups

25 kettlebell swings

 

This 9-year old "plays" by hanging and climbing on the pull-up bars.  She also sprints, climbs rope, box jumps,  and swings kettlebells.  She does all this because it's fun!
