THE 6:30 AM SESSION ON MONDAY IS CANCELED.  THE REMAINDER OF THE SCHEDULE FOR THE WEEK IS UNCHANGED EXCEPT ON MONDAY MORNING.  THERE WILL NOT BE AN 11:15.  THERE WILL BE A 10:30 AM SESSION INSTEAD.

NOTE: Scale to 400 meter run, Fran, 400 meter run.  If necessary scale the barbell weight and the run distance.
