Workout of the Day
Front Squat
Find your 1 rep max.

3 rounds for time of:
800 meter run
15 burpees
30 Russian kettlebell swings 24/16kg
rest 3 minutes in between rounds

    George, should we count the rest time on whiteboard? Or subtract the 6 minutes from our finishing time?
