1 minute of 50/30-lb. dumbbell power snatches
2 minutes of double-unders
2 minutes of 50/30-lb. dumbbell power snatches
3 minutes of double-unders
3 minutes of 50/30-lb. dumbbell power snatches
Note: For the dumbbell power snatches switch hands as often as necessary.

Thank you to George, Lisa, and Melissa for not only teaching me the technique to effectively climb the rope, but also for believing in all of us. Without crossfit Suffolk I would just be another guy who cannot climb a rope. I climbed the rope with ease today at Citi Field, while the rest of the Spartans kicked ass! Thank you again!
