10 minutes of power clean practice

—then—

12 minutes A.M.R.A.P. of:

9 deadlifts

6 hang power clean

3 front squat

Notes:  Use the same bar for all 3 lifts.  Prescribed weight for men is 115 lbs. for women it's 75 lbs.

 

REMINDER #1:  Day light savings goes into effect today.  Hopefully you remembered to adjust your clock accordingly.
