Katy’s back looks powerful, but she’s got this bad habit of bowing to me.  I know she means well, but it’s embarrassing.

Workout of the Day
Clean & Jerk
1X5 @ 75% 1RM
1X3 @ 85% 1RM
1X AMRAP @ 95% 1RM
Note: Use 90% of your 1-rep max when figuring your percentages

For time:
50 burpees
40 kettlebell swings 24/16 kg
30 box jump overs 20″

Optional:
3 rounds of 15 Ab-wheel roll-outs  (check out what a standing Ab-wheel roll-out should look like!)
