YOUR FIRST PULL-UP: A HOW TO FOR SENIOR AGED WOMEN  Good advice for people, of any age, who have not done a strict pull-up yet.

Workout of the Day
Back Squat
Find your 1 rep max.

12 minute AMRAP:
10/5 ring dips
25 double unders

Optional:
3-One minute hangs from rings or pull-up bars

(Note: Hold pull-up bars or rings at bottom of pull-up position to improve shoulder health and grip strength.  This exercise is a “must-do” if you have never done a strict pull-up.)
