Workout of the Day
15 minute AMRAP:
3 reps, hang power clean-front squat-push jerk complex, 95/65#
3 rounds of 5 pull-ups
10/5 push-ups
15 air squats

NOTE:  The workout looks like this:

hang power clean/front squat/push jerk,  hang power clean/front squat/push jerk,  hang power clean/front squat/push jerk 

5 pull-ups, 10/5 push-ups/15 squats,  5 pull-ups/10/5 push-ups/15 squats,  5 pull-ups, 10/5 push-ups, 15 air squats

repeat for 15 minutes
