3 rounds of 5 pull-ups
10/5 push-ups
15 air squats
NOTE: The workout looks like this:

5 pull-ups, 10/5 push-ups/15 squats, 5 pull-ups/10/5 push-ups/15 squats, 5 pull-ups, 10/5 push-ups, 15 air squats
